TERMS & CONDITIONS, PICK-UP, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All the items available online are final sale items and are non-returnable or refundable.
The carrier of your shipment may vary, and can include Canada Post, FedEx, and Purolator, local courier or other third party carriers. Whenever possible, a signature might be required.
The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of his/her house or apartment will permit normal delivery. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit and will give no refunds if this occurs.
Customer service will contact you within 24 – 48 hours (If the items do not meet Canada Post weight and size requirements), please advise them if any modifications to your order are required.
If you are shipping to the Greater Toronto area:
- The items purchased online meeting the weight and size requirements of Canada Post will be shipped via their Expedited Parcel service.
- If the items do not meet Canada Post weight and size requirements, delivery options will be available through FedEx, Purolator, local courier or other third party carriers. Customer service will call you within 24 – 48 hours to arrange the delivery
- Outside of the GTA, delivery options will be available through FedEx, Purolator, local courier or other third party carriers. Customer service will call you within 24 – 48 hours to arrange the delivery.
Regardless of carrier, you will be contacted by the delivery agent via telephone a few days prior to the delivery date to schedule an appointment. These calls will be made during normal business hours only, and will be made by the delivery providers – not us.
Please inspect packaging and items immediately when the delivery arrives, and indicate on the delivery paperwork if there is any damage to your order. If there is severe damage, please refuse delivery at that time to avoid any unnecessary delays processing your return.
Uniquely large orders may require special delivery considerations. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We offer free shipping on orders totalling over $500.
Free warehouse pick up
You can request to have an item made available for pick-up at one of our warehouses. This service is free. The delays vary according to the item’s availability. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
Full payment is required on all final sale pieces.
